Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt engaged
Fox News host Sean Hannity and Ainsley Earhardt are celebrating a new chapter in their lives after getting engaged over the Christmas holidays. Hannity proposed to Earhardt at their home church over Christmas, marking a significant commitment.
The couple revealed that their children are thrilled about the engagement and fully support them. “We are so happy and grateful for the love and support of our families during this special time,” the couple said. Hannity and Earhardt’s relationship grew out of their shared faith and they both put God at the center of their lives. According to him, proposing at their church was the “perfect place” to make a commitment.
He also met with their minister after proposing. Although they prefer to keep their personal lives private, the couple has handled their long-distance relationship with weekend trips between New York, where Earhardt lives, and Florida, where Hannity lives. They respect each other’s careers, Earhardt continues to co-host Fox & Friends in New York, and Hannity hosts his primetime show Hannity from Florida. Both have long-term contracts with Fox News Media.
Both Earhardt and Hannity were previously married and maintain a good relationship with their former spouses. She revealed that she told her ex-husband about the engagement beforehand and everyone supported her. Earhardt shares a smooth co-parenting relationship with her ex-husband in raising their daughter.
Hannity, the longest-running cable news host in history, has been with Fox News since it launched in 1996. He is the top-rated host in his timeslot and reaches millions through his radio show, which airs on 750 stations nationwide. Recently, he launched a new show on Fox Nation called Seen, where he conducts long-form interviews, including a recent conversation with Sylvester Stallone and his wife Jennifer Flavin Stallone. He also hosted the fifth annual Fox Nation Patriot Awards to honor everyday heroes.
Earhardt, who joined Fox News in 2007, has co-hosted Fox & Friends since 2016. The show has been number one for more than 20 years. She is the author of four New York Times bestsellers, including three children’s books.
